2015 in Pictures: The Expat Woman Traveler

It’s that time again: one year ends and another begins. The Expat Woman has had a phenomenal 2015 and we’d like to thank our readers for your interest, contribution and support. Throughout the year, we’ve included a lot of photos from local SF events on this blog. Expanding our sphere, this post includes a little photo travel diary that chronicles the international travels of The Expat Woman in 2015.

Favorite travel quote of 2015: “the real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.”
― Marcel Proust

Sydney: the iconic, harbor city –

Scotland: history, scenery, bagpipes and single malt whiskey, or ‘scotch’  (notice the architectural similarity between Scotland and SF!) –

Italy: sculptures, Roman architecture, beautifully preserved cities, quaint alleyways and the ‘city of love’ –

Paris: iconic, cultured and artistic with a genuine appreciation for life’s pleasures (especially sweets!):

Happy 2016!
