Originally from Netherlands and currently an expat in Belgium

As the daughter of a single mother, my life wasn’t glamorous growing up in Amsterdam, Netherlands. From a very young age I already knew what I didn’t want my life to look like, this was my drive, my motivation, reaching for big dreams. And that’s exactly what I’ve done. It sounds crazy; but only now; I can fully understand the impact of this mindset and how it really defined me. Starting my own company, buying my first properties in my twenties and reaching for dreams that seemed unreachable for a girl like me. My life isn’t an impressive rags to riches kind of story, however I do consider my life experiences as sharp tools that shaped my character in a very distinctive way. When I say nothing is impossible, I really believe it, because I’ve experience it personally in both my private life as a mom as in my professional life as an entrepreneur.
