The Expat Woman is an exciting new online resource for international women from all over the globe who have moved to the US recently or lived here for a while. Our goal is to help the creative, career-driven expat woman navigate and enjoy her life in the US. Our San Francisco chapter also has events every month that include networking, happy hours, workshops and exploring local haunts.


Part-Time, Flexible hours (+/-10 hours a week), Mostly virtual


Unpaid. Experience gained could be put towards college credit.



Events interns have to be located in the SF Bay Area

Marketing, PR, Blogging and Writing , Video, and Photography and Social Media interns can be in the SF Bay Area or elsewhere in the US


We are looking for interns who embody The Expat Woman’s spirit: creative, smart , interested in other cultures and building a community of international women.  Expertise or interest in one or these areas

– Marketing and Public Relations

– Writing and Blogging

– Events Planning and Organizing

– Video and Photography and/or Social Media

– Graphics and Design
