Iliana Quinonez has over 25 years of experience as an IT Executive and Solutions Engineering Leader at large Enterprise Software companies and High-Tech Startups including Salesforce, BEA Systems, SAP, Informix Software and others.
She is also the Founder of IQ Accelerate, focused on helping accelerate the growth path for both individuals as well as startup companies by providing executive coaching and expertise in areas including career and leadership development, business strategy, pitch development, product and market fit, go to market strategy and business development.
Originally from Mexico City, she has worked in three different continents and is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equality & Inclusion in the workplace, including experience as a Latinx ERG Leader at Salesforce.
Ms. Quinonez holds an MSc in Information Systems from the London School of Economics, a BSc in Computer Science from Universidad Iberoamericana and is a Certified Beyond Barriers Coach. She lives in San Francisco, CA with her husband and their two daughters.
