Peanut butter fudge balls

 

Ingredients

2 cups coconut sugar or granulated white sugar

½ cup milk or almond milk

1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the milk and sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Allow to boil for about 2½ minutes, stirring continuously, and then remove from heat.
Add the peanut butter and vanilla and stir until smooth.
Roll into coin shaped balls
Top each ball with a dried cranberry
Note:
For additional flavor, you can also add chopped cranberries , chopped pecans and/or chocolate chips to the fudge after you add the peanut butter and vanilla.
